Alec Bryson - Managing Director
Alec has over thirty years experience working in a high risk environment. His background as Fire Officer with Lothian & Borders Fire & Rescue has given him a high level of expertise in working safely in all environments, from the extreme of collapsed structures to the comfort of an office environment.

Robert Allan (Health, Safety & Wellbeing Advisor)
Robert is a specialist health and safety consultant/professional who can design and discharge project based work and research on a number of practitioner/policy/strategic levels. He can offer a research provision to all Functions within any organisation offering technical advice/guidance and has written and contributed to articles in national magazines. He specialises in risk management from the strategic to its practical, physical, application.

Neil MacDonald (Risk Assessor)
Neil, who hails from the Western Isles, is a trained and qualified building surveyor. He has worked in the construction industry as a manager working with clients like local authorities, housing associations and the Ministry of Defence, managing large contracts.

David Wallace
Dave has over thirty years experience working in a high risk environment. His background as a Fire Officer with Tayside Fire & Rescue has given him a high level of experience working in a variety of environments.
